- 600 ml milk (of choice)
- 1 Earl Grey tea bag
- ½ cinnamon stick
- pinch of nutmeg
- 6 cardamom pods, slightly crushed
- 2 cloves
- 2-4 teaspoons GOOD ROOTZ
- Heat the milk in a saucepan together with the cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and tea bag and let it steep for about 10 minutes.
- Add 2-4 teaspoons of GOOD ROOTZ and stir.
- Pour the chai tea over 2 mugs.
